When I established aa investment group in 1999, I had the clear aim of investing using a partnership philosophy. This basic notion continues to serve as our starting point. Our intention is to be an active investor in long-term, engaged partnerships – partnerships where aa investment group is a minority shareholder, and where the goal is healthy operations, rather than the push for a quick exit that characterizes so many other investment firms.

It is critical for us that the leader who is responsible for the daily operations of a business or project “earn the most” by holding a majority share. This arrangement gives the enterprise the drive that is needed to secure a strongly competitive market position.

Investment projects with different needs
Flexibility is another important value for us, enabling us to enter into partnerships regardless of industry, phase or life cycle. Accordingly, we have invested in large real estate portfolios, property development projects, start-ups, insolvent firms, smoothly running businesses in various sectors, and companies facing generational transfers.

In order that aa investment group can grow at a suitable rate, we require an average annual return of 25% on our invested capital. Moreover, our dividend policy specifies that 50% of each year's earnings be distributed as dividends.

Over the years, we have acquired experience and cultivated contacts in three main fields of investment: business, real estate, and real estate projects.

Which means that we have more to offer than just capital. We will also supply you with networking, knowledge, and know-how in the areas of management, strategy, and finance.
